Order guarantee
Each ordered item is carefully inspected before shipment and is professionally and securely packaged to ensure no damages during its transport.
In the unlikely event of a problem being encountered, you are asked to contact with us immediately to resolve the problem without delay.
Transportation and delivery
All shipments are handled by the Hellenic post office (ELTA).
The delivery time is 2 to 5 days for delivery in Greece and 3 to 10 days for delivery to all other EU countries. Delivery to all non-EU countries may take more than 10 days.
After handing over the shipment to the post office for delivery, we email you the shipment receipt.
The share of transportation costs paid by the customer/user is shown at purchase procedure and depends on the place of delivery and the value of the order, as well as the weight and volume of the package.
Artistic Village pledges to replace any product ordered from the e-shop, which is not delivered in good condition.
Orders are carried out within at most three working days. Progress of the delivery process can be monitored using a link sent by e-mail to the customer.
Customs
There are no customs duties within the boundaries of the European Union, however to changes in the current legislation. Customs duties may be applied to goods sold by the European Union to customers in countries outside the European Union. In this case, the customer assumes responsibility for payment of customs duties. The seller’s responsibility ceases with shipping the product to the address requested by the customer.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders are shipping within 1-3 days. Orders can be cancelled before product shipment, either by telephone or email sent to art@artisticvillage.gr
WARNING! The availability of a product may not be final because the number of that particular product stored in our warehouse may not have been calculated correctly. For each product we indicate the likely time of delivery. If there are any delays due to force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.) or if there is a shortage of the product you ordered, our shipping and customer service department will contact you to keep you informed.
