Cancellation of Orders
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days. Orders can be cancelled, either by telephone or by email sent to art@artisticvillage.gr, within 24 hours of submission provided that your order has not yet been processed.
Returns Exchanges
Exchanges for products which are not to your liking are accepted within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase and on production of the relevant documentation (receipt or purchase invoice), and if the item is undamaged and in the original packaging. We reserve the right not to accept the return of products purchased by special order. If these conditions are not met the return will not be accepted and the goods will be returned to sender at his expense.
- In the case of an incorrect delivery which is our company’s fault, we will pay all the costs of returning the products and of sending the replacement products.
- In the case of an incorrect order which is the customer’s fault, all costs of returning the products and of sending the replacement products will be borne by the customer.
